Foreign Soak Off
This is a necessary soak off of work done elsewhere and not by us.
Cancellation Policy
PAYMENT - We only accept Cash, PayPal or Bank Transfer. A £15 Deposit is required when booking to confirm/secure booking. The remaining is to be paid at the appointment. The first appointment does not require a deposit, but every subsequent appointment does. LATENESS - If you are more than 10 minutes late (without prior contact and an agreement being met), you could be at risk of losing your deposit and of your appointment being cancelled or rescheduled. CANCELLATION/NO SHOW - You need to give at least 48 HOURS notice via text, email or DM if you cannot make it to your appointment to avoid losing your £15 deposit. WARRANTY - If your nails pop off or start lifting within the first 7 days after your appointment, as long as it is not user error, I will fix it for you for free based on appointment availability. You must let me know within the 7 days! SOAK OFF - Soak off’s are included in the base price, in regards to my own work, once we get to the 3rd/4th fill. If you have an elective Soak Off, you will incur the £15 Soak Off Fee. If you come to me with work that is not mine, you will incur the £15 Soak Off Fee, as we are now working with unknown products. OUT OF HOURS - If you want an appointment that is outside of my working hours, this can potentially be arranged. Be aware that this is not an expectation and it will incur an additional £10 fee. As long as you are okay with this, please feel free to confirm your booking! UNDERAGE - For anyone under the age of 15, who wishes to get their nails done, I will require signed permission from your parents as we do use harsh chemicals. So make sure they are okay with you getting your nails done before you book. NAIL QUALITY - If you are missing any nails you need to let me know prior to your appointment. If you need any new nails applied(unless you are doing a soak off), it will be an extra £2/nail as this will make the service take longer and requires additional product. OFFERS - All offers and discounts are one use at a time. You cannot double, triple up etc offers on top of each other. It's one offer per service. Always read the small print for the criteria of any offer.
